Building the Forward Impact products surfaced a system underneath them — three layers of structure and discipline, each built on the one below. We named the layers and made them their own thing.

Kata — An autonomous agentic development team running a daily Plan-Do-Study-Act loop. Implements both upstream standards.

The Forward Impact products are now downstream consumers of all three layers.
