Building the Forward Impact products surfaced a system underneath them — three
layers of structure and discipline, each built on the one below. We named the
layers and made them their own thing.

**[Co-Aligned](https://www.coaligned.team/)** — A layered instruction
architecture grounded in Jobs To Be Done and The Checklist Manifesto. Builds
on Monorepo.

**[Kata](https://www.kata.team/)** — An autonomous agentic development team
running a daily Plan-Do-Study-Act loop. Implements both upstream standards.

The Forward Impact products are now downstream consumers of all three layers.
